A Day With CEO

 

On 25th April, 2015 (Saturday) an opportunity was given to our new joiners to spend a day with our MD & CEO, Dr. Mendus Jacob. This time we have 17 new members in our IPSR family. Please go through the details to know more about our new comers. We wish them a long and meaningful career at IPSR & extend all our support & co-operation to them.

  During the session the newcomers were asked to write about their achievements. Let’s have a look on it.

 Jacob Mathew 
Jacob joined with IPSR as Corporate Trainer Cum Developer in the Software Training Division on 18th August 2014 at our Kottayam Office. Currently he is working from our Edapally office.  He is a native of  Kollam District. He took his B.Tech from Baselios Mathews || Colg Of Engineering.

His strong will and motivation helped him to work really hard and overcome all the struggles and challenges in his life. And now he is proud of the fact that he is a self made man.

Arya Rajendran

Arya joined with IPSR as Corporate Trainer Cum System Administrator in the Linux Training Division on 01st September 2014 at our South Office. She is a native of  Thrissur District. She took her B.Tech from Muslim Association college of engineering, Trivandrum. Certifications : RHCSA, RHCE, RHCVA, RHCA (EX 318, CL 210, EX 248, EX 413, EX 236)

Arya struggled a lot during her College days as she was hospitalized, was not able to write four exams and was running short of attendance.But with her hard work and God's grace she passed all her exams and excelled her course with full grade.

Sudesh A 
Sudesh joined with IPSR as Jr. Consultant Technical Services in the Linux Division on 06th September 2014 at our Edapally office. He is basically from Calicut. He took his B Tech from College of Engineering & Management Punnapara. Certifications : RHCSA, RHCE.
He is happy for the fact that he is able to learn some of the best and latest technology about which he was not much aware earlier. And as a trainer, his greatest achievement is that he is able to deliver best quality services to his students.

Sibin Philip

Sibin Joined with IPSR as System Administrator in the Tech Support Division on 16th October 2014  at our Trivandrum Office. He is a native of  Alappuzha District. He took his B.Tech from PSN College Of Engineering And Technology.Certifications : RHCSA, RHCE

Sibin met with an accident and was advised not to participate in any sports activity, but in spite of that he become  First in district athletics. He is a good friend to others when they face difficulties and biggest achievement is being a good son to his parents.

Nimy Joy 
Nimy Joined with IPSR as Jr. Consultant - Technical Services in the Linux Training Division on 16th October 2014 at our Kottayam Office. She is a native of  Kottayam District. She took his B.Tech from Amal Jyothi College Of Engineering, Kanjirappally. Certifications : RHCSA, RHCE

Nimy always dreamed about becoming a part of the faculty team at IPSR while she was a student here and now she is one among them.

Vipin Kumar V

Vipin Joined with IPSR as Jr System Administrator in the Tech Support Division on 01st November  2014 at our Trivandrum Office. He is a native of  Pathanamthitta District. He took his B.Tech-IT  from St. Michael college of Engineering and Technology. Certifications : RHCSA, RHCE

From being a guy who ran away from responsibilities now he can say for sure that he can take over to take responsibilities and challenges and he now is able to to keep him calm in situations and will never say No to anyone who seeks his help.

 Soju Som T :

Soju joined with IPSR as Graphic Designer in the Software Development on 15th December 2014 at our Calicut Office. She is a native of  Calicut District. She is a diploma holder in Fashion Technology from Providence. .

Soju felt her biggest achievement was getting job offer from 2adpro in Chennai. She was not able to join there and was disappointed but now being part of IPSR makes her feel she has attained her biggest achievement. 

Manoj Krishnan

Manoj joined with IPSR as Jr. Consultant - Technical Services in the Linux Training Division on 02nd February 2015 at our Trivandrum Office. He is a native of Trivandrum District. He took his BE Computer Science and Engineering from KNSK College of Engineering. Certifications : RHCSA, RHCE

He was the School leader when he was studying in 12th standard. He was able to lead both high school and Higher Secondary smoothly and properly.

Jitthu S :
Mr. Jitthu S joined with IPSR on 16th February 2015 as PR Executive at our head office.  He is a native of Kottayam District. He has completed his B.Tech from College of Engineering, Kidangoor.

The biggest Achievement in Jitthu's life is that he was able to find an Executive Job in an IT company and he feel  that more than anything else he is lucky as he is born to a good family, with great parents, who value education more than anything else.

Szen John Providence :

Szen Joined with IPSR as Corporate Trainer Cum System Administrator in the Linux Training Division on 16th March 2015 at our South Office. He is a native of  Kottayam District. He has a total of 7 + years of experience in Software and Networking field. He has worked as Team Manager in The Co-operative Food, Byfleet, United Kingdom, as Software Engineer in Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd Delhi, and as Facility Management Service Engineer in CMS Computers Ltd, Bangalore.
Mr. Szen is a Red Hat Certified Engineer in RHEL 7 version. He took his MSc in Computer Networking from Metropolitan University, London and Bachelor of Computer Applications from Bangalore University. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and also a CMS Certified Systems Engineer.
 

Successfully completing MSC from foreign University even being a Malayalam medium student until 12th standard was his biggest accomplishment and also managing 50 team members across India for his project.

Shagna A P :
Shagna  Joined with IPSR as Assistant Admin Manager in the Training & Corporate Services Division on 19th March 2015 at our Calicut Office. She is a native of  Kozhikode District. She took her MBA from KMCT Business School.

Shagna is a strong women who can make, a strong impact either with her friendly attitude  or support, on each person whom she met in her life. She is easily adaptable to any situation and have a very positive attitude towards life.

Aswin Raj P K :

Aswin Joined with IPSR as Corporate Trainer Cum System Administrator in the Linux Training Division on 01st  April  2015 at our South Office. He is a native of  Thrissur District. He took his B.Tech (EC) from SSM College Of Engineering.

Aswin believes that his greatest achievement is that he is good in dealing with people. And he is happy that he is now working with the person with whom he always wished to be a friend.

Sabil K :

Sabil Joined with IPSR as Web Designer in the Software Development Division on 16th April  2015 at our South Office. He is a native of  Calicut District. He took CDD ( Certificate in Digital Designing ) from Image Creative Education..

He was able to reach this level and now working for a fast developing IT firm. And it's like a dream come true.

Jyothi George

Jyothi Joined with IPSR as Jr. Consultant - Technical Services in the Software Training Division on 02nd May  2015 at our Calicut Office. She is a native of  Kottayam District. She took her  MCA from Santhigiri College of Computer Sciences,Vazhithala,Idukki.

Her greatest blessings in life is her parents. For Jyothi the chance to study at Santhigiri College of Computer Science was a big turning point in her life and she was able to see and mingle with lot of differently abled people in the college and that experience made a long impact in her life and she feels we should learn a lot from them.

Nataraja R Narayan 

Nataraj joined  with IPSR as Corporate Trainer Cum System Administrator in the Linux Training Division on 01st June 2015 at our Edapally Office. He is a native of Kottayam District.Mr. Nataraj S Narayan has 15 years of experience in Application Software Development, Embedded Linux, Linux Server Implementations, ERP, Mail Distribution Systems and Hospital Management software. He is involved in design, architecture and development of Linux OS and  other applications.

He has worked with Synergy Info Systems as Technical Architect,in Teknoturf Info Services as trainer, as faculty in Good Shepherd International School, with Apollo Tyres Ltd as Supervisor and  also with  Ubiquitous Systems.  Presently, he is working as Corporate Trainer Cum System Administrator in Linux Division with ipsr solutions ltd.

He is trained in RHCSA and RHCE in RHEL 7 version and also Certified in Unix & C Programming. He was able to sell and teach email to Government employees and that to the biggest ISP of India,BSNL. His patience and perseverance was tested against the most militant group of government employees to get them to use email.

 

Emil Edison 
Emil joined with IPSR as Jr. Consultant - Technical Services in the Linux Training Division on 01st July 2015 at our Kottayam Office. He is a native of  Kottayam District. He was earlier working with Defiance Technologies Chennai and CoreBit technologies.  He took his MCA from Saintgits College of Engineering.

He is very loyal to his friends and family and got the best project awards for both BCA and MCA.

Rahul V Mohan 
Rahul joined with IPSR as Jr. Consultant - Technical Services in the Software Training Division on 01st July 2015 at our Kottayam Office. He is a native of Kottayam District. He took his B.Tech from Mangalam College Of Engineering, Ettumannoor.
As a trainer at IPSR, Rahul was able to take classes in some colleges and he is extremely confident that he had given his best.The students in his class had shown good results and had received great feedback.
