We would like to introduce to you Ms. Maggi Mathew, who has joined with us as Sr. HR Executive, from 01st February 2018. She will be operating from our Corporate Office in Kottayam.

Maggi is a native of  Kottayam, and was earlier working with Aabacsys Technologies as HR Executive.She is carrying 4 years of experience in HR field.

She will be also the person responsible for placement related activities handled by Ms. Dinta Anu Kuriakose.

She is a Post Graduate in Master of Business Administration (Human Resource) from SB College Changanassery.

She has completed her training and will be starting with her assignments soon, so you can expect calls and meetings with her.

Ms. Anju Mariam Thomas, who has joined with us as Sr. Executive Training & Corporate Services from 07th February 2018. She is handling the admin related activities from  Cochin - South branch.

 Ms. Anju Mariam Thomas holds 2 years of experience as Business Development Manager. She did her Graduation  from  Mangalam College of Engineering, Kottayam. She comes down from Cochin.

She has completed her training and started with her assignments, so you can expect calls and meetings with her.

Mr. Kittu Sabu has joined with us, as Jr. Consultant -Technical Services, from 01st January 2018.He is working from our Trivandrum branch in Linux Division.

Kittu is a native of Kollam. He did his Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College,Ezhukone.

Sowmya is a native of Palakkad. She is a Post Graduate in Master of Business Administration from Rvs Institute of Management Studies.

IPSR Annual General Meeting - 2017

Our 18th Annual General meeting was conducted on 18th of November 2017 at Chaithanya Auditorium - Kottayam. The theme for this year's AGM was "Together We Excel". The day started with a motivational session by Mr. Brijesh George John (Deputy General Manager, IPSR) on topic "Building Positive Relationship at Work".   MD & CEO of IPSR Dr. Medus Jacob addressed the employees and briefed them about the performance of the company and the major achievements accomplished last year. Then he explained the plans, policies and strategies being adopted to achieve the Company Vision by 2020, “Together We Excel”. Mr. Jayakrishnan N (General Manager, IPSR) delivered a session on “The Balanced Score Card". Forenoon session winded up with separate team meetings of all departments. Afternoon session started with formal meeting and followed by Award ceremony. Dr. Sunil Job, extended a warm welcome to all participants to the official meeting. Prof P Vijyachandran felicitated the function and Dr Mendus Jacob announced awards for Stars of the year 2017. Award categories were Promising Employees of the Year, Award of Excellence, Award for Going Above  & Beyond and Remarkable Employee of the Year. Prof Brijesh George John concluded function by thanking the members for their active participation to make 18th Annual General meet a great success.
