IPSR Annual General Meeting - 2017
Our 18th Annual General meeting was conducted on 18th of November 2017 at Chaithanya Auditorium - Kottayam. The theme for this year's AGM was "Together We Excel". The day started with a motivational session by Mr. Brijesh George John (Deputy General Manager, IPSR) on topic "Building Positive Relationship at Work". MD & CEO of IPSR Dr. Medus Jacob addressed the employees and briefed them about the performance of the company and the major achievements accomplished last year. Then he explained the plans, policies and strategies being adopted to achieve the Company Vision by 2020, “Together We Excel”. Mr. Jayakrishnan N (General Manager, IPSR) delivered a session on “The Balanced Score Card". Forenoon session winded up with separate team meetings of all departments. Afternoon session started with formal meeting and followed by Award ceremony. Dr. Sunil Job, extended a warm welcome to all participants to the official meeting. Prof P Vijyachandran felicitated the function and Dr Mendus Jacob announced awards for Stars of the year 2017. Award categories were Promising Employees of the Year, Award of Excellence, Award for Going Above & Beyond and Remarkable Employee of the Year. Prof Brijesh George John concluded function by thanking the members for their active participation to make 18th Annual General meet a great success.
