Orientation Program for Newcomers
Orientation Program was organized
for the newcomers at our headquarters on 28th
September 2013. The session was dealt by Dr. Mendus Jacob, CEO. He
gave a brief introduction about the company, its activities, values,
work culture etc. During the session the newcomers were asked to
write about their achievements. Let’s have a look on it.
Rohini S Babu
She joined IPSR
family as Jr. Consultant Technical Services. She took her B. Tech in
Electronics and communication Engineering from Karpagam Institute of
Technology, Coimbatore. She is basically from Kottayam.
Achievements:
Rohini got many prizes for dance competition and drama during her
schooling. She got Best Project Award for her final year project in
B. Tech. Her articles got published in blogs. She is very
punctual and a person who always try to keep her promises. Her
friends says that she is very supportive as well as caring person.
Sreeja S Nair
She joined IPSR
family as Jr. Consultant Technical Services. She took her B. Tech
(Computer Science) from Mount Zion College of Engineering . She is
basically from Thiruvalla.
Achievements: The
foremost blessing she got is her parents. Her mentality to help
others is what is considers as her greatest achievement. She is a
recipient of Prime Minister's Scholarship !!!! Her first job and
first salary is also an achievement in her life.
Vishnupriya K V
She joined IPSR
family as Jr. Consultant Technical Services. She took her MCA from
Marthoma Institute of Information technology, Ayur and Bsc (Computer
Science) from University Institute of Information technology, Adoor.
She is basically from Kottarakkara.
Achievements:
From a shy, frightened teenager she became an active girl by the time
she joined for her MCA course and that is what she consider as
greatest achievement in her life. She started organizing events and
participated in all those extra curricular activities. She was
selected as overall champion. She was also the college topper.
Cyriac Xavier
He has joined IPSR
family as Administrative Executive. He took his Bsc Electronics from
Mar Augusthinose College, Ramapuram and Ms c Electronics from CUSAT.
Cyriac is basically from Kottayam.
Suneesh Kumar
Suneesh has joined
IPSR family as Jr. Consultant Technical Services. He took BCA from
St. Antony's College and Charitable Society. He have two years of
experience in Foton Info Solutions and 9 months experience with HCL
Info system Ltd.
Mary Sebastian
Mary
joined IPSR family as Jr. Consultant Technical Services. She took her
B. Tech from AMS Engineering College Tamil Nadu. Her native place is
kannur.
Jeena K Kumar
She has joined
IPSR family as Web Designer. She took her Professional Dipolama in
Animation, visual effects & multimedia from Keltron Animation
Center. She is from Tirur.
Achievement
: In 2007 she participated in Chembai Sangeetholsavam, Annual Carnatic music festival and she was the only person who got such an opportunity from her
place that time. She have performed in more than 50 music stage
shows. As a web designer she is very proud to say that she did more
than 50 on line websites. The greatest achievement in her life is
ofcourse her parents. She believes that it is theirs prayers and
efforts that helped her to reach these heights.
Archana A
She has joined
IPSR family as Junior Consultant Technical Services. She took her B.
Tech (Electronics and Communication) from Calicut University. She is
basically from Kozhikode.
Achievement :
Archana
is a good singer as well as a dancer and she have participated in
district and state level youth festivals and had won many prizes. She
is a person who values truthfulness and who always tries to keep her
words. Archana believes that she is a good daughter and that is the
greatest achievement. She is a person who always carries a smile on
her face and she appreciate herself for that because she can spread
happiness to others by her sweet smile.
Archana U
Arcahana took her B.Tech from Bharath Institute of Science & Technology. She is from Calicut.
Achievement :
She is person with
passion for photography and she got her own Face book page
'Archana Photography. Archana got a smiling face and she believes
she the positive energy within her help her to turn many negative
situations to positive one. In her previous company she was able to
meet her individual as well as team goals. She got overall
championship in school level for athletics.
Anish V K
Anish V K has
joined IPSR family as Junior Consultant Technical Services. He took
his Master of Science from Mahatma Gandhi University. He is a native
of Palakkad.
Achievements:
Becoming a Post Graduate in Electronics is an achievement for Anish.
He is an emphatic person and that is what he values the most.
Asha M V
She has joined
IPSR family as Software Engineer. She took her Diploma in Computer
engineering from Government Polytechnic College, Kothamangalam. She
has worked as Software Engineer at Pumex Technologies. She is a native
of Idukki district.
Achievements:
She was the only
person from her college to get a campus placement out of 67 students
in her batch. Even though she was fresher she got higher scores in
performance evaluations at her first company. Becoming a Software
Engineer at IPSR and taking her Teachers for a lunch when she got her
first salary is a great achievement for Asha. She is not a trained
dancer still have participated in State level Thiruvathira
Competition.
Varun Mohan
He has joined IPSR
family as Junior Consultant Technical Services. Varun Took his B.
Tech degree from Dr. Navalar Nedunchezhiyan College of Engineering .
He is a native of Thrissur District.
Achievements:
When saying about his achievements he shares an incident from his
life from which he got much confidence. The way he helped a lady who
fell down into a canal and how he bring it to media attention which
made the PWD division to take immediate action. That gives him
confidence that a small voice we raise can make big changes and we
should not confine ourselves to our personal boundaries. We are part
of this society and we have certain responsibility towards it.
Varun and his team
won college level Cricket Championship during his Engineering course.
An appreciation he got from a celebrity for a photograph he took
values him a lot. The way he was able to take care of his family and
especially his sister is the greatest achievement in his life.
Sonia Pauly
She
has joined IPSR family as Junior Software Engineer. She took her B.
Tech ( IT) form College of Engineering Kallooppara, Thiruvalla. She
has worked as Idea Team Coordinator at BGA Associates. Thrissur and
also as Center Head of IT Computer Mission, Thrissur. She is a
basically from Thiruvalla.
Achievements: Her
family is what she consider as a greatest achievement in her life.
She was topper in her school for her SSLC. She got a merit seat for
her B. Tec Course. Because of her commitment and achievements she got
promoted in her previous jobs. She is a person who never shows any
bias and tries not to hurt any one.
Jithu T
He has joined IPSR
family as Junior Software Engineer. He did his MCA from AMS College
Kottayam. He is a native of Moolavattom.
Achievements: He
got an opportunity to participate in Republic Day Parade at New
Delhi. Jithu will never deny help to anyone who reaches him and that
is what he consider as greatest achievement in his life.
Juby Michael
Juby
have joined IPSR family as Assistant Manager – HR. Juby is
a native of Pala, and has more than 4.5 years of experience in HR
which includes People Plus and Assyst. She is a Post Graduate in
Management from CMS College, Coimbatore.
