Orientation Program for Newcomers
Orientation Program was organized for the newcomers at our headquarters on 28th June 2014. The session was dealt by Dr. Mendus Jacob, MD & CEO of ipsr solutions ltd. He gave a brief introduction about the company, its activities, values, work culture etc. During the session the newcomers were asked to write about their achievements. Let’s have a look on it.
New joiners and their Achievements
SHABEER U
Shabeer
joined IPSR on 01st
November, 2013 as Jr. Consultant Technical Services in the Linux
Training Division at Edapally Branch. He is basically from Calicut
district. He completed his B.Tech from KMCT
College of Engineering. He
is a Red Hat Certified Engineer and Red Hat Certified Virtualization
Administrator from IPSR.
He consider his helping mentality as his greatest achievement and also he secured higher certifications in Linux (RH 413, CL210) which make him proud. He is really happy that he is getting positive feed back from his clients &
colleagues and also able to maintain a good relationship with his students.
MARTIN RAJU
Martin
joined IPSR as Jr.
Consultant Technical Services
in the Linux Training Division on 01st
November, 2013 at our Edapally branch. He is native of Kasaragod
District. He completed his Msc from IHRD College of Applied Science,
Cheemeni, Kasaragod. He also did a training on embedded Technologies
from Keltron and CCNA & RHCE from IPSR.
He consider the technical up gradation through continuous learning, Positive feedback from his students, improving his teaching ability as his greatest achievements.
SUDHEESH KUMAR
Sudheesh
joined IPSR as Sr.
HR Executive – Placement Services
on 13th
November, 2013. He is basically from Pathanamthitta District. He
completed his MBA ( HR & Marketing) from Hindusthan
Business school Coimbatore and his BE from Anna University. Earlier
he worked with Electro Magfield Controls and Services as Asst
Manager- Administration and at Relish Technologies as IT Recruiter.
On an academic accomplishment, he was able to complete his MBA degree with 82% even when he got arrears in his B.tech and struggled
for passing. On a professional achievement, he got
positive reviews from all his employers he worked with as well as from his colleagues and friends also.
AKASH PAUL KOSHY

November, 2013 as PR
Executive
at our head office. He is basically from Idukki District. He
completed his B.Sc in Mathematics from St. Thomas College, Pala. He
was earlier working with Parippuvada.com as Business Consultant.
He always tries to make everyone happy around him and he is also very friendly and helping person. What is consider as his greatest personal accomplishment is that he made
people quit smoking & drinking.

December, 2013 at our Trivandrum office. He is basically from
Trivandrum. He took his BE in Electronics and Communication
Engineering from CIT, Chennai. He is Red Hat Certified Engineer from
IPSR.
NITHIN CHANDRAN

January, 2014 at our South Office. He is a native of Ernakualm
District. He is a diploma hoder in Electronics from Government
Polytechnic College, Kottayam and took his B.Tech (EC) from Mangalam
College of Engineering. He is a Red Hat Certified Engineer and Red
Hat Certified Virtualization
Administrator from
IPSR.
He was the college
cricket team captain and his achievements are his job, his first salary and the higher certifications in Linux. But what he values the most is the relationships he have with his family, friends, colleagues, and his students.

May, 2014 at our South branch. He is a native of Ernakulam district.
He took his B.Tech from Viswajyothi College Of Engineering And
Technology.
As a musician his greatest achievements is that, his music BAND was selected to participate in south Indian music festival and also his song was rated 75th in world pop music chart. In his professional life he is happy that he is able to take Android & Java class simultaneously.

May, 2014 at our Thrissur branch. She is basically from Kunnamkulam,
Thrichur. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Visvesvaya
Technological University, Belgaum.
Her friends are her greatest achievements in her life. And she is excited that she got selected in her first interview itself.

College Payyanur. She
is a Red Hat Certified Engineer.
Getting RHCE certification is one of her greatest accomplishments. And she is happy that she got a very supportive family as well as good friends.
VINOD VICKY RAJ

Joined IPSR as Software
Developer
on 02nd
June, 2014. He is working from our Calicut office. He is a native of
Calicut. He holds diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking from
LBS Centre of Science & Technology and also Professional Diploma
in Web Developing from USI Academy. He was earlier working with Blue
Whyte.
Becoming a Software developer and getting appreciation for the works done is considered as great achievements by him.
Online Test Winner !!!!
There was an Online Test - " Know Your Company" during your orientation program. The questions was based on IPSR. Mr.Shabeer U (Jr. Consultant Technical Services in the Linux Training Division at Edapally ) scored the highest mark in this Online Test.
